Towing and roadside services
This site describes our services and lets you ask for a quote. It is not a contract for a tow or roadside job. Any actual service is provided under our work authorization, signed or confirmed when we arrive, and under the rules of the Louisiana Public Service Commission (LPSC) and other applicable law. If these terms and a signed work authorization conflict, the work authorization controls.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes you request through the site or by phone are estimates based on what you tell us. The final price can change if the job turns out to be different from what was described (location, vehicle, conditions, distance, or extra services). Submitting the quote form does not guarantee that a truck will be sent or that we can serve your location.
Emergencies
If you are in danger or someone is hurt, call 911 first. Please don't rely on the quote form for urgent help. Call us at (318) 447-7235.
Payments
The Pay page lists the ways you can pay us. Always check that you are paying the right account before you send money. We will never ask you to pay through a link sent by an unknown text or email.
Your submissions
When you send us information or photos through the quote form, you confirm that they are accurate and that you have the right to share them. You agree not to send anything unlawful, harmful, or misleading, or to use the form to spam us or attack the site.
Our content
The text, logo, photos, and design on this site belong to Sadler's Towing LLC or are used with permission, including the sponsorship photos. Please don't copy, reuse, or republish them without our written permission. Open-source components used on the site are listed on our Open-Source Licenses page.
Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites, such as payment apps or social media. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
